The overarching goal of our proposed GiveCamp project is a redesign of NARAL Pro-Choice Texas' main website to better highlight our programs, fundraising campaigns, legislative work and blog. We also want the website to better showcase our brand and strengthen our identify as the leading reproductive right policy experts and advocates at the state and municipal levels.
Austin YMBL Sunshine Camps recently opened a brand new facility, Zilker Lodge. The primary use of this facility is to operate afterschool and summer camp programs for at risk youth. However, we have also begun to rent the facility in order to generate a more sustainable form of income. Our goal for participating in GiveCamp would be to improve communication, scheduling and automation with facility rentals processes to enable management of a busier schedule and to move into other markets.
Develop a streamlined, updated website that provides relevant information for our stakeholders which includes: the general public seeking information on aging, political/government/social services seeking data and programs on aging services in our community, upcoming events of our membership organizations and information on and for our members.
The overarching goal of our first project is to increase private donations, large and small, from our pre-existing and future networks. I want to create a channel that facilitates easy, secure, and personalized financial donations to The SEED. I hope to create a clean, simple, and engaging place that inspires people to join us by contributing in the specific ways we need at any given time.
The result of a successful partnership would be a website that would make it easier for survivors of human trafficking to get help and access additional resources, for volunteers and staff to easily sign-up for training and activities, for donors to clearly understand the mission and results we are achieving because of their support.
